Aneesha emphasized how the coop program made her see what was really in human resources for her and this made her take a look into future interests going further within the human resource field. She talked about how future students should not be scared to say yes to job opportunities just because it might be a little out of their skill level. She encourages students to step out of their comfort zone to develop new skills within their own field. Lastly, Aneesha recommended for students find new interests within the same by making their efforts while in their co-op program by finding a mentor or networking to make professional connections
